If I somehow happened to ask you which foods tempt you, in all likelihood, they wouldn’t be ones that are extremely healthy. I wager they would be dessert, potato chips, pizza, or something like that. In fact, in your mind at this moment as you’re reading, you are probably thinking about food that isn’t healthy. Aren’t you? Stop for a minute and think about it.
The fact I will make in this article is that you can change what you crave by changing how you think.
Each new customer that goes to my office for weight-loss has a “craving issue.” But I don’t consider it to be an issue at all. I consider it to be an answer. Cravings are over-rated. They are a mishmash, and we don’t have to be controlled by them. We don’t have to feel enticed by dessert, cookies or 20-ounce prime ribs. Instead, we can be enticed by watermelon, pineapple, oranges or apples; foods like that.
Think that sounds crazy? It isn’t, and you’ll see why.
When I initially take a seat and talk with a customer about their eating habits, I gather all that I have to know about exactly what they eat and how they eat. The offender to their weight issue always comes down to snacking, picking, eating foods that are unhealthy or out and out finished eating. At that point, I’ll ask them what fruits and vegetables they like.
I’m yet to go over somebody who hates the natural product or hates each vegetable under the sun. Finally, I’ll ask them how often they eat fruits or vegetables, and it’s always a lot less often than the sick stuff.
After I’ve gathered my arsenal of information, we do our thing. I’ll have my customers lay back in my chair and close their eyes. I’ll guide their brain to a peaceful place, and inside minutes they’ll be relaxed like at no other time. At that point, I start talking about their favorite fruits and vegetables.
I’ll ask them to imagine taking a chomp of their favorite delicious, ready foods grown from the ground feel the juices tickling their taste buds. I’ll say to their brain, “starting now and into the foreseeable future anytime you have a craving for food, you will think of a succulent, ready bit of natural product. And bingo!!! Before you know it, these are exactly the kinds of foods they start wanting. Why? Because anytime you close your eyes and convey yourself to a calm, relaxed place, your intuitive personality develops, and it is this part of the brain that controls what you crave. Change your considerations, and you’ll change what you crave. Basic.
How about we look at this from another point of view.
Suppose pineapple is your favorite organic product. Presently, on the off chance that you were sitting with me at this moment and I gave you a succulent chunk of it, you would appreciate it all together. And you’d want all the more, isn’t that so? Obviously. Presently, suppose I reached into my refrigerator, whipped out a bit of chocolate cake and said, “pick one.” Most likely you would select the pineapple because you simply had a teaser piece, which would make your mind want more. The fact of the matter is this: you make the most of your favorite fruits the same amount of as you make the most of your favorite junk foods, you simply accept something else.
Again, cravings are over-rated.

Find a comfortable, calm place where there are no distractions. Start breathing profoundly until the point that you are very relaxed. Next, check backward from 10-1, slowly. With each number, imagine that your brain is floating further and more profound.
After you have got done with checking, imagine that you are relaxing independent from anyone else in your favorite place. A segregated beach or sign in the forested areas will do the trick. Imagine yourself feeling so exceptionally relaxed and peaceful.
Next, imagine a basket brimming with your favorite new picked organic product sitting ideal beside you. See it clearly in your brain, the shading, the vibe, everything about that natural product. Imagine taking a nibble of those delicious foods grown from the ground it like at no other time.
Repeat the following proposal to yourself ten times: “Starting now and into the foreseeable future, anytime I think of eating, I immediately feel a craving for an organic product.”
Count from 1 to 5, slowly, and when you reach 5 open your eyes.
