Most of the time, this kind of occasion or future vacations makes it mandatory to lose weight fast. Then you wish to search the internet for recommended quick weight loss strategies that can work like magic.

Usually, bloggers suggest following some diet plans that are strict and tough for one to follow. But the one who feels the urge to get slim does it by hook or by crook irrespective of knowing what will be the outcomes.

This troublesome situation sometimes proves to be good at the start but very harmful in the long run. In the long term, I mean that it can make one double in size whenever one wishes to stop following the required diet plan.

You will find out after reading this blog the reason why I am not recommending that you follow such diet plans that claim quick weight loss tips.

However, people have been curious about how to’s and when to’s; I’ll give you a little clarity about the whole stuff.

You can lose weight of about 10 lbs in a week or so but is undoubtedly not the best way to lose weight; we call it a crash diet when you lose weight in a minimum amount of time. Crash diets are not acceptable at all because your weight will rebound the very day you stop it.

Still, you want it by the ways… so here are some simple steps but are not for a longer period.

Try intermitting fast for quick weight loss:

This type of fasting holds you back from eating, which, for sure, makes you slim in fewer days. The body will use low-calorie intake and fats and will flush out the remaining fat, which is not necessary.

You can set your protocols for observing fast, relatively what suits you. There are 20 hours fast and an eating window for 4 hours and a 16 hour fast and eating window for 8 hours. Check what you can do at your ease.

Water retention loss:

Usually, in short-term weight loss strategy, water first gets out from one’s body, and the person feels as if he has lost pounds. It is not a child game but a serious matter. For retention, try out dandelion extract, which is the best remedy in this case.

However, taking different dietary supplements is the right choice because they have specific products in them that won’t let you go lazy, by instance, dieting.

Try out coffees and weight loss green teas that could keep you hydrated while losing some pounds. Notice the items which are intolerant to you like lactose or gluten. Avoid them as they prove to be gas-causing and bloating too.

Count your calories:

This can be somewhat irritating, but if you want a quick weight loss, then it is a must to follow. You should reduce your calorie intake to as little as you can. Only a few calorie intakes is allowed because they also contribute to the body well being.

Whenever you eat, go with veggies, fruits, and drink water at its best. Water on an empty stomach works well in excreting all the unwanted toxins from the body. However, I don’t recommend potatoes and other starchy carbs in this quick plan equation.

In the bottom line, I must say that you are starting a quick weight loss journey, then don’t end it up prematurely. Because here, the case of the story is quite different. On coming back to the daily routine when the desired occasion is over, try small cheats but don’t end it up as a whole. Slowly come to the performance, and it is advised to monitor your body and start a balanced and slow processed diet as it could be handy and for the long term also.
